THEORY OF CHANGE

There is a disconnect between schools and the workplace. 

We believe that more could be done to better prepare young people for work. Our radical idea is that we better utilise young people themselves.  We train them to become Faceworkers - helping them to help their peers become more employable.  As they teach others they learn twice, and this reinforcement builds confidence and equips them with new skills - including that of training and empowering their peers.  These ideas are shared in this paper (right) which Stephen wrote and presented at the Asia Pacific Career Development Association in Delhi India in March 2020.
